Them’s Concept : COVID-19

In the current context and after the passage to phase 3 of the national plan for the prevention and control of COVID-19 and the containment measures, the whole team of Them’s Concept is teleworking for a minimum period of 15 days.

SMAHRT Exhibition in Toulouse, France : the gourmet show

Them’s Concept designed and set up the Moulin Maury stand for the 6th edition of the SMAHRT which will take place from 26th to 29th January at the Toulouse Exhibition Centre.

During 4 days, all the professionals of the Restaurant, Hotel and Catering sectors will be gathered to find out about the major trends and future innovations. This event will be THE meeting place for the Greater Southwest, with a programme of competitions, culinary demonstrations by Michelin-starred chefs and Meilleurs Ouvriers de France, and conferences.

Created in 1953, Moulin Maury is a family business specialising in the production of quality local flours. Beyond marketing, Moulin Maury has chosen to advise its customers by accompanying them from creation to the development of their activity, through communication and adapted professional training.

At the SMAHRT show, a laboratory has been specially designed in collaboration with Sojac industrie in order to give on-site demonstrations. In addition, the delegation of Bread Ambassadors will be present on the Moulin Maury stand with various activities on offer: recipe creation, meetings & signing sessions, bread tasting and a competition.
