This month of March, as every two years, Them’s Concept is present at the SMAHRT exhibition in Toulouse to accompany MOULIN MAURY and SOJAC.
We also designed and built a space for the bread ambassadors in front of it.
Created in 1953 by Jean Maury, the mill has seen 3 generations of passionate millers.
Since its creation, the mill has never ceased to renew itself and adapt to its environment, and has been certified Label Rouge and Organic since 2011 and 2017.
Once again this year, the Sojac accompanies Moulin Maury on its stand.
The Sojac is specialized in the sale of equipment for bakeries, pastry shops and food trades. Without it Moulin Maury could not propose its quality production.
This exhibition specialized in the catering, the hotel business, and the food trades, opened its doors from March 20th to 22nd for its 6th edition at MEETT, the new exhibition center of Toulouse.
Star chefs and the best professionals of the sector will be present like Bruno Cormerais, Meilleur Ouvrier de France baker and Bagatelle Ambassador, who is present on the stand of Moulin Maury to make demonstrations and tastings.
